National ACS meeting, Washington DC, August 2009. Graduate student Riya Mukherjee presented a poster entitled “Vanadium-vitamin B12 bioconjugates: Potential therapeutics for treating diabetes.” Riya was awarded a travel award from the Inorganic Division of the ACS to attend this meeting.
“Inorganic Chemistry” Gordon Graduate Student Research Symposium in Maine in June, Maine, 2009. Graduate students Hanaa Hassanin and Riya Mukherjee gave oral presentations on their research.
